It mentions that purpose of this study was to explore the experience of women who choose to continue to express milk after a perinatal loss, for donation to a nonprofit milk bank governed by the Human Milk Banking Association of North America Secretory activation–onset of copious milk production occurs in women after birth, even if the neonate does not survive.
